Wild boar roast
Ingridients:
- a good hunter who can hunt the wild boar
- a caring wife to prepare a roast
- an oven
- a nice peac of loin on the backbone
PLEASE NOTE: it can be also the other way around by having a good wife hunter and a caring partner/ husband.
Procedure:
- Sprinkle the meat with salt, black pepper, garlic, dried vegetable mixture
- Add carrots and onions in chunks
- Grease the meat with oil or grease
- Heat the oven to 230 ° C
- Add some water to the bottom of the baking tray
- Bake the roast a for 20 minutes
- After 20 minutes lower the heat to 180°C and more for 1 hour or more (the baking times depends from the meat weight)
